Lakecia Carter is the founder and CEO of Pinnacle U, LLC, a personal and professional transformation practice dedicated to empowering women of color to excel in every area of their lives. Lakecia's passion is helping women of color, who feel like their dreams are on hold, unleash their unique gifts and move forward with purpose, authenticity, confidence and joy!

With over 25 years of experience in global management consulting, coaching and leadership development, Lakecia has a successful track record of leading transformational change. Her superpower as a "connector" lies in her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships built on empathy, trust, kindness and a genuine heart for people. As a trusted partner, Lakecia places her clients at the center of every interaction, creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals and organizations can thrive. Her vibrant energy and positivity inspires growth and joy in the lives of those she touches.

Driven by a deep passion for helping women succeed, Lakecia coaches and mentors women of color around the globe at all career levels. She empowers women of color to live and work shrink-free so they can be all that God has called them to be.

In addition to being a certified personal and executive coach, Lakecia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Organization Development. Her most significant achievement is being a proud mother of two adult children, Kylah and Dorian, Jr. In her spare time, Lakecia enjoys traveling, writing and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
